Effective September 7, 2006, Dale Lindly has voluntarily resigned his position as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of MagnaChip Semiconductor LLC (the “Company”) and terminated that certain Service Agreement dated as of April 14, 2005, by and between Mr. Lindly and MagnaChip Semiconductor, Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company.

Effective September 7, 2006, Dale Lindly has voluntarily resigned his position as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company.
