Effective October 31, 2008, Victoria Miller Nam has voluntarily resigned her position as Senior Vice President, Strategic Operations, of MagnaChip Semiconductor LLC (the “Company”) and terminated that certain Service Agreement dated as of December 29, 2004, by and between Ms. Miller Nam and MagnaChip Semiconductor, Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company.

Effective October 31, 2008, Victoria Miller Nam has voluntarily resigned her position as Senior Vice President, Strategic Operations, of the Company.
